You will receive 1-2 lamb hearts weighing approximately 200-gm500gm. The lamb hearts will be vacuum sealed
Even though a heart isn't exactly offal, as it isn't a secreting organ, it should be fed like offal and not muscle, as it is extremely rich. In other words, a raw diet should consist of no more than 10% offal
