No change of mind/exchanges on sizing & SALE items. All apparel and accessories have measurements provided with the product.
Dogs & Cats have sensitive noses and the scent of another animal can influence the reaction and response on them, as well as for hygiene purposes.
You are more than welcome to bring your pet into the store to try on and have a bit of a fun experience.
If a product has a manufacturer issue, we can always assist. Please contact us and we will have a discussion and review the product for you.
Should the need to return/exchange the product due to manufacture issues, it is the responsibility of the customer to organise the return of the products within a timely manner (from date of purchase).
The items can be returned to us either in person at the store or sending it our store. All goods returned to us will be at customers expense unless you are entitled to return the goods at law. In these rare circumstances we can offer you a credit or refund to cover the costs associated with having to return the item(s). This credit/refund will not exceed our standard shipping fee for the item(s) needing to be returned and can only be paid once items have been received by our staff. Any additional packaging, express postage costs etc will not be covered by The Paw Principality
For hygiene, health & safety purposes, there is no return/exchange on our fresh/frozen products.
Our frozen products are all chemical & preservative free, hence they are in the freezer.
No exchange or refund on opened food/treat packaging.
The Paw Principality accepts no liabilities to any allergic reactions as a result of pets consuming the Fresh/Frozen products.
It is recommended that all fresh/frozen products be in a thawed condition prior to consumption by your pet.
If you are unsure of your pets reaction to any food consumed, please make an informed decision prior to purchase.
