Collecting your order from our North Melbourne store (60 Errol Street, North Melbourne 3051) has no minimum order and no fees involved.

Just select “Local Pickup” at the Checkout page. Once your order is ready, we typically will be in touch and let you know within 1 business day. We are open 7 days a week.

E-mail confirmation & pick up:

  • We’ll send an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
  • Remember to bring your order confirmation (either printed or digital form) as well as personal valid identification , for security purposes.

Metro Areas

Typically delivery times:
• Melbourne Metro areas: approx 2 – 3 business days.
• Interstate Metro areas: approx 3 – 5 business days.

- Under $150.00 – Courier delivered (by Sendle or Aramex – formerly known as FastWay) has a shipping fee of $10.00 with tracking.

- Over $150.00 – Courier delivered (by Sendle or Aramex – formerly known as FastWay) is free shipping with tracking.

Please note there may be a different fee for bulky/heavy orders.

If no one is home during delivery, Aramex will leave a calling card with details of where to collect your parcel at the specified Parcel Connect agent, unless you have chosen “Authority to Leave”

Important information for Frozen/Fresh deliveries
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and have someone available to accept the delivery. If no one is is available to accept delivery, please provide clear instructions on where to leave the parcel or to arrange a redelivery (fees applies).

Parcels with authority to leave: The Paw Principality & the freight company used is NOT responsible for theft or damages of items once delivered.

Late delivery does not constitute a failure of delivery nor does it entitle any person to compensation or cancellation of the order. The Paw Principality & the freight company used is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered due to a late or failed delivery.

If address is an apartment or multiple levelled building/commercial building, you may be asked to come to the entrance to collect.

Frozen/Fresh items are always delivered with a refrigerated vehicle, however we do not recommend leaving them out for more than 2 hours, it is the customers responsibility to ensure proper storage of the Frozen/Fresh items.

Deliveries of Frozen/Fresh can be delivered to addresses up to 20km from Melbourne CBD.

No deliveries on Public Holidays.

Authority to Leave
We appreciate you are busy, hence you have decided to order online. Worried that your order may come when no one is home? You are welcome to select to “Authority to Leave” to ensure you receive your order. You may provide instructions to the delivery service such as:

• leave in front of door
• leave on the porch
• leave next to the shoe rack
• etc

Please note, once you order has been delivered, we will NOT be able to assist you if your order (or part of) is lost/missing. The associated risk of leaving the parcel unattended for any given time is borne by the customer.

Once your order has left our store, we have no control on how fast this can be delivered to you. In your confirmation email, tracking details and links are provided so you can see the status. You can also lodge an enquiry with the courier service as well to find out further details.

PLEASE NOTE: should any items be required to be returned to us, the shipping cost is liable by customer. Please discuss with us prior to doing so.
