Frequently asked questions

Does this dog cooling mat need water or refrigeration?

No. The cool-touch fabric works without adding water or refrigerating the mat.

Will the 50 × 40cm mat fit my dog?

Compare the mat's measurements with the space your dog uses when lying down. Check the base dimensions of any carrier, crate or stroller before placing the mat inside.

Can I machine wash it?

Yes. Use a laundry net and wash separately for the first wash, as slight colour fading may occur. Creases from folding do not affect performance.

Care and safe use

For indoor pet use only. Store away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Not suitable for pets that chew or bite. A cooling mat is a comfort accessory, not a substitute for shade, fresh drinking water or a cool environment.
