Frequently asked questions

Does this dog cooling mat need water or refrigeration?

No. The cool-touch fabric is designed for use without water or refrigeration.

Will the 50 × 40cm mat fit my dog?

Compare the mat's dimensions with the space your dog uses when lying down. For use inside a crate, stroller or carry bag, measure the interior base as well.

Is the Ariel cooling mat machine washable?

Yes. Place it in a laundry net before machine washing. Wash separately for the first wash, as slight colour fading may occur.

Care and safe use

For indoor use only. Not suitable for pets that chew or bite. Use only as a pet cooling mat. Store away from direct sunlight and high humidity; creases from folding do not affect performance. Always provide drinking water and a comfortable, well-ventilated resting area.
