Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Minions cooling mat work?

The cool-touch fabric transfers heat on contact to create a cool sensation. The supplier graphic lists a Q-max value of 0.40. As your dog changes position, a different area of the fabric can feel cool against them; airflow from a fan can help the fabric release heat.

What size is the mat?

It measures approximately 48 × 40 cm. Check that this gives your dog enough space to rest comfortably and that it fits any crate, buggy or carrier where you intend to use it.

Can I wash the cooling mat?

Yes. Machine wash it in a laundry net and wash separately first because some colour fading may occur.

Safety: For indoor use only. Not suitable for pets that chew or bite. Supervise use and remove the mat if damaged. This is a comfort mat, not protection against overheating; always provide fresh water and a cool, well-ventilated resting area.
