Frequently asked questions

Can both dogs and cats wear this Donald Duck hat?

Yes, the cap is intended for dogs and cats, provided the selected size fits comfortably. Introduce it gradually and remove it if your pet shows discomfort.

Is this a cooling hat?

It uses heat-shielding fabric, rather than active cooling. It does not replace shade, drinking water or avoiding hot conditions, and should not be relied on to prevent overheating.

How does the cap fasten?

A hook-and-loop fastener at the back of the head allows you to adjust the fit. Keep the cap clear of your pet’s eyes and ears.

Care and safe use

• Hand wash with mild detergent, wring gently, reshape and hang to dry.
• Avoid forceful pulling, as some shedding may occur.
• Supervise your pet while wearing the cap and remove it if they try to chew or dislodge it.
