Frequently Asked Questions

How does the mat cool my dog?

The Q-max 0.40 cool-touch fabric draws heat away on contact, with no gel packs or chilling needed, and it feels fresh again each time your dog shifts position. On very hot days, use it near a fan.

Which size should I choose?

Small (48 × 40 cm) suits toy breeds like the 2.7 kg Yorkie in the photos. Large (90 × 60 cm) gives bigger dogs room to stretch out.

Is it machine washable?

Yes. Machine wash in a laundry net, and wash it separately the first time as slight colour fading may occur.

Can I use it outside?

No. The mat is designed for indoor use only, and it is not suitable for pets that chew or bite.

Please note: For indoor use only. Not suitable for pets that chew or bite. This mat is designed to protect pets from heat — do not use for any other purpose.
