Important information for Frozen/Fresh deliveries

  • It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and have someone available to accept the delivery. If no one is is available to accept delivery, please provide clear instructions on where to leave the parcel or to arrange a redelivery (fees applies).
  • Parcels with authority to leave: The Paw Principality & the freight company used is NOT responsible for theft or damages of items once delivered.
  • Late delivery does not constitute a failure of delivery nor does it entitle any person to compensation or cancellation of the order. The Paw Principality & the freight company used is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered due to a late or failed delivery.
  • If address is an apartment or multiple levelled building/commercial building, you may be asked to come to the entrance to collect.
  • Frozen/Fresh items are always delivered with a refrigerated vehicle, however we do not recommend leaving them out for more than 2 hours, it is the customers responsibility to ensure proper storage of the Frozen/Fresh items.
  • Deliveries of Frozen/Fresh can be delivered to addresses up to 20km from Melbourne CBD.
  • No deliveries on Public Holidays.
